Appointment Policy
We greatly appreciate a 24 hr cancellation. This will allow another customer, who may be on a waiting list for an appointment, to be called.
Multiple services in one day require a Visa or Master Card to hold the reservation.
A $10 "no show" charge will be billed plus $10 for each additional hour booked. Thank you for your cooperation.
Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest. The spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect our guests’ right to privacy and quiet by turning off cell phones when you enter the salon.

Usui Reiki Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique. It is based on the idea that there is life energy in our bodies that has an optimum natural balance. Reiki restores the natural balance of the body, providing deep relaxation and bringing a sense of peace and wellbeing. Reiki treats the entire person, promoting healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Reiki is hands-on healing that usually involves various hand placements on the client's body, though the benefits of Reiki can also be received through hand placements above the body (without direct touch). Before your facial appointment
Please be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure a full consultation with your therapist. It is best to drink plenty water and avoid caffeine prior to your appointment. For your skin’s safety, please avoid facial waxing and tanning 24 hours prior to your treatment.
After your facial appointment
For maximum benefits, try to drink plenty of water while avoiding caffeine and alcohol. Be sure to protect your newly revitalized skin with sunscreen when going outdoors. It is also best to wait 24 hours before receiving any facial waxing.
Brian Hultman LMT, graduated Salutatorian from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage where he received training in anatomy, physiology, myology, and practical massage techniques. He is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Brian has completed advanced training in Orthopedic Massage, concentrating in assessment, treatment and prevention of chronic pain resulting from musculoskeletal dysfunctions. He has completed additional training in CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy, Medical Intuitive and Raindrop Technique. Brian teaches Usui Reiki classes (Level I and II).
Danielle Bloomer LMT, graduate of Monroe Community College Massage Therapy Program with training in anatomy, physiology, myology, kinesiology, and basic massage modalities. Currently works with the Elderly population as well as Rehabilitation clients. She has been trained in the use of Aromatherapy Level One Usui Reiki and has also had additional training in Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Geriatric Massage.
