Appointment Policy

A missed apppointment is a loss to all. To avoid being charged in full, please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Multiple services in one day require a Visa or Master Card to hold the reservation.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment. Should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest. The spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect our guests’ right to privacy and quiet by turning off cell phones when you enter the salon.
